We as a company pride ourselves on the quality of our products and service. If an item does not meet your expectations in anyway, we encourage you to send it back. We also guarantee the guidance and advice that we give our customers. From time to time, our company may offer suggestions to our customers. If the item is found to be unsatisfactory, the item is returnable. We will promptly issue a refund upon receiving your product return. Products may be returned within six months of their purchase date. The refund will be given on purchase price only (shipping and handling fees are not refundable).
Once your return is received and processed, we will credit your refund to your original method of payment.
Credit Card - Refund is issued immediately, however it may take several days for your financial institution to credit your account. Please allow 3 business days or two billing cycles for the refund to show on your online or printed monthly statements.
Check - You will receive a refund check within 20 days.

Within the US: send the item via regular US mail. We suggest that you insure the item so that it may be tracked. We are not able to accept COD packages.
Outside US: Ship ground, prepaid. Mark “US goods returning” on the outside of the package to expedite delivery.
If you are exchanging an item, include sufficient postage to pay for the return shipment.
