When will my order be shipped? Orders are typically shipped within two business days. When will my order reach me? For U.S. customers, orders take 5-10 business days to arrive. For Canadian and all other international customers, orders could take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. What if my order has not arrived within the time frame stated above? Call our Customer Service department at 1-800-366-8243 (Mon.-Fri. 8am to 5pm PST), and we will track your package. What is your return policy, and where do I return my unwanted products? Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If SilkSkin products fail to meet your expectations, we will promptly issue a refund upon receiving your product return. Products may be returned within one year of their purchase date. The refund will be given on purchase price only (shipping and handling fees are not refundable). No. You may only use one discount code or take advantage of one promotional offer per order. Can I use a discount code more than once? No. Discount codes and promotional offers may only be used once per customer. Do you offer discounts to regular customers? You can join our VIP program, which entitles you to a 25% discount on all orders, and waives your shipping and handling fees (on all orders except special promotions). Certain rules apply. Standard shipping and handling is calculated based on merchandise totals as follows: $0-$50……………….$6.95 $51-$100…………….$7.95 $101 and up…...........$9.95 Occasionally, different shipping and handling rates will apply to our special offers. In this case, shipping and handling fees will be stated on those specific offers. Do you offer free samples? Yes. Either send us an email (calcos@silkskin.com) with your full name and address or call our Customer Service department (1-800-366-8243) to request samples be sent to you. Do I have to pay shipping and handling on the free samples? No. We gladly send out free samples along with our current SilkSkin catalog. How do I know if my Internet order was received? You will receive an automatic email confirmation (sent to the email address you provided on your Internet order form). Sometimes, order totals will need to be revised due to changes in promotional discounts and shipping charges. You will be notified by email if your order total changes. If there are no changes, you will receive an email confirmation (typically within two business days) stating your ship date. By what method will my order be shipped? Orders consisting of two or more items will be sent by UPS (please make sure you provide a street address, no PO Boxes). All other orders will be sent by Priority mail. Hawaiian, Canadian, and all other international orders will be sent by Priority mail regardless of order size. |
